Vikki's Beautifulness Treasures

Vikki is affectionately referred to as "eagle eye" by her friends. She has a knack for spotting treasures.
She sent me these pictures, along with permission to post, of her latest finds from the Tree Street Sale last week-end. She will, no doubt, turn these treasures into more treasures of beautiful angels, pillows and other precious crafts that will be available for sale at Lady Bug Cottage and the Apple Festival.

Brownie Mix in Jar

This quick and easy gift makes delicious, rich, moist brownies. Brownie Mix
1 c. plus 2 T. flour
2/3 t. salt
1 t. baking powder
1/2 c. chocolate chips
2/3 c. brown sugar
2/3. c. white sugar
1/3 c. cocoa powder
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Layer in jar. Give with directions.
Directions
Mix contents of jar with
3 eggs
2/3 c. oil
1 t. vanilla
Bake at 350 in greased 9x9 pan for about 30 minutes.

Deep Dark Chocolate Cake

It's hard to believe but this delicious dark rich chocolate cake that Hannahlily made has beets in it and no oil. It's a low calorie healthy version of chocolate cake.
