These are so easy with the use of a breadmachine. Easy Cinnamon Rolls
1 c. water
2 T. butter, soft
1 egg
3 1/3 c. bread flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 t. salt
3 t. yeast
1 - Place dough in breadmachine according to manufacturer's directions.
2 - Select dough cycle & start.
3 - Roll into 18" x 9" rectangle on lightly floured surface. Spread with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon, & brown sugar. Use as much or as little as you want. Roll up tightly beginning with the 9" side. Pinch edge to seal.
4 - Cut into 9 - one inch pieces. Place in greased 9" square pan. Cover; let rise in warm place about one hour or until double.
5 - Bake at 375 for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan and spread with cream cheese icing. Top with nuts if desired.
Cream Cheese Icing
4 T. butter, soft
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. (2oz.) cream cheese, soft
1/2 t. vanilla
1/8 t. salt
Mix until well blended.
