*1 - 7 oz. container hummus
1 medium seeded & chopped tomato
1/2 c. - 6oz. marinated artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese (2 oz.)
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese (2 oz.)
sliced olives
onion slices
Place pita rounds on baking sheet. Spread each with 1/4 of the hummus. Sprinkle each with 1/4 of the tomatoes, artichoke hearts, onion, olives, feta & mozzarella. Bake in 450 oven for 8/-10 minutes until cheese has melted. Cut into squares.
*We like to use homemade hummus.
