This is so very easy using a crock pot. Great served with fresh rolls from a bakery.

2-3 lbs. chuck roast, fat trimmed
1 diced onion
2 cloves minced garlic
2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
2 T. Dijon mustard

2 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 t. liquid smoke flavoring
1 t. salt
