This chocolate candy box is filled with cake balls, peanut butter cups, cookie balls, & chocolate truffles.
She used this die to cut a paper box lined with waxed paper. She painted the inside with chocolate. When the chocolate was set, she peeled away the paper. The bow is also made from chocolate.

Cookie balls
18 oz. chocolate sandwich cookies
8 oz. cream cheese, soft
Process cookies in a food processor until crumbly, then pour into a large bowl. Add cream cheese. Beat at low speed with electric mixer until well combined. Shape into 1" balls. Dip balls into melted chocolate.
Cake Balls
1 package cake mix
1 container of ready made frosting

Bake a 9" x 13" cake according to package directions. Cool, crumble into a bowl. You do not need to use the whole cake at once. Add enough frosting to moisten. Shape into 1" balls. Dip into melted chocolate.
