Creme de Menthe Cupcakes

Hannahlily made these delicious, mint flavored, melt in your mouth cupcakes. She made her own fudge topping instead of using the Smuckers Topping and real whip cream instead of the Cool Whip. These are better if you prepare them a little ahead of time so that the cake absorbs some of the moisture of the cream.
Creme de Menthe Cake
Add 3 T. Creme de Menthe to white cake mix that has been prepared according to directions on box. Bake in 13x9" pan as directed on cake mix box. Cool. Spread Smuckers Fudge Topping on top of cake. Mix 3 t. Creme de Menthe to a container of cool whip and spread on top of cake. Keep in refrigerator.

These look delicious!! I bet the homemade fudge and homemade whipped cream make them amazing! I always had cool whip growing up, but once you try real whipped cream, there's not turning back!
