Spinach Brownies

These brownies that Hannahlily made would be a fun treat for April Fools Day. If you let the brownies cool completely it's likely that you won't be able to tell that vegetables were added. They are very moist and fudgy.
3 oz. semisweet chocolate
**1/2 c. carrot & sweet potato puree
**1/2 c. spinach puree
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
2 T. butter, soft
2 t. vanilla
1 egg
**3/4 c. oat flour
1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1- Melt chocolate in double boiler with low heat.
2- In large bowl, combine melted chocolate, purees, sugar, cocoa powder, butter, & vanilla. Whisk until smooth & creamy.
3- Whisk in egg. Stir in flour, baking powder, & salt.
4- Pour into 8x8" greased pan. Bake at 350 for 35- 45 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
**steam carrot & sweet potato until soft, process in food processor.
**steam spinach about 2 minutes, process in food processor.
**process oats in food processor to make oat flour.
