The chocolate bag was made with a die cut bag made from freezer wrap. The shiny side of the wrap is on the inside of the paper bag. Paint the inside with several coats of melted chocolate. After the chocolate has set up, remove the paper bag.
The broken pretzel rods made cute little ones.
The Wilton Chocolate Pro pot made it easy to melt the chocolate melts.

These look so yummy! This is what we did for "wands" at the final Harry Potter release party (when I was a clerk), except that we used a Rival electric fondue pot (which I set too high) and burned the chocolate to the bottom. Had to throw that batch out and start over!
